Needle-punched and bonded fabrics represent two entirely different production technologies, both in pursuit of performance, stability and versatility. The former are born from a mechanical process that compacts the fibres, creating resistant and dense structures; the latter from the combination of two or more materials to achieve superior technical and aesthetic performance. Both adapt to both the fashion and technical sectors, with extensive customisation possibilities on specific request.

Compact and resistant structure

The mechanical needle-punching process creates solid, stable fabrics that are resistant to deformation over time and reliable after repeated washing.

Superior technical performance

The bonding of multiple materials allows for advanced characteristics such as insulation, waterproofing or structural resistance to be achieved within a single product.

High dimensional stability

Both needle-punched and bonded fabrics retain their shape and dimensions over time, ensuring reliability in the finished garment.

Versatility of application

Suitable for outerwear, sportswear and outdoor clothing, workwear and industrial applications, to meet a wide range of different requirements.

Extensive combination flexibility

Composition, weight, thickness, finish and bonding method can all be specified to tailor each item to the client's project.

Controlled production process

Every stage of the production process is rigorously monitored to ensure structural uniformity and consistent quality across every batch.

Mechanical precision, real quality.

The quality of needle-punched fabrics depends on the precision of the needle-punching process; that of bonded fabrics on the care with which the materials are joined. In both cases, imprecise execution compromises the final performance of the product. That is why we monitor every stage with meticulous attention, from fibre preparation to adhesion verification, to deliver products that consistently meet the standards required by our clients.

Technology serving the product.

We work with brands, manufacturers and companies in the technical sector looking for reliable, high-performance materials that can be developed to specification. Whether it is a needle-punched fabric for industrial applications or a custom bonded fabric for a technical outerwear garment, we support the client at every stage: from defining the characteristics to the finished product, with the same level of attention regardless of volume.

What is the difference between needle-punched and bonded fabric?

Needle-punched fabric is produced through a mechanical process that interlocks fibres using special needles, without the use of water or chemical binders, creating a compact and resistant structure. Bonded fabric, on the other hand, is created by joining two or more materials — fabrics, membranes, paddings or linings — using adhesives or other bonding methods, to achieve combined performance that a single material could not provide.

Both find application in the fashion sector — for outerwear, accessories and structured linings — as well as in the technical sector, with uses in workwear, protective clothing, automotive components and industrial applications. Their versatility makes them suitable for very different contexts.

Yes. We offer the possibility of developing both needle-punched and bonded fabrics to the client’s specification, defining composition, weight, thickness, production method and finish according to the project’s requirements. Our technical team supports the client at every stage, from defining the characteristics through to final production.

For needle-punched fabrics we work with natural, synthetic and blended fibres. For bonded fabrics it is possible to combine fabrics of different compositions, technical membranes, paddings, fleece and eco-friendly furs.
